How fast does muscle decompose? how fast you lose muscle?
hi! ive been working hard and dieting to try to get that last fat off my stomach so i can work on a 6 pack. The numbers on the scale are falling, meaning im losing weight. but i dont see much changes in my abs area. can i be losing muscle instead of fat? is that even possible to lose muscle even though you got fat to lose? also how fast does muscle decompose?

Drink only 12-15 glasses of water a day. Do not drink any juice, chocolate, soft drinks and coffee. Do not eat sweets, fatty, salty and spicy food. Eat only fruits and vegatables. Do this for 3 months and you will see the result. Be sure to exercise so as not to loosen your muscles.
I did these for 3 months and I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos. I am on my 5th year now and maintaining my weight from 58kilos -60kilos only.
