It’s all changed a bit really with a couple of options on which way you follow it.
It used to be all about red/original days and green days which they called food combining.
On red days you could eat as much lean meat,poultry and fish as you wanted with measured potatoes.
On green days you could eat as much pasta,rice and potatoes with measured lean meat etc.
On both you could a measured amount of dairy and bread and unlimited fruit and veg.
There’s now a new plan which is basically all fresh whole foods and measured bread and dairy .
So you can eat as much meat or poultry with the skin or fat removed and whatever fruit, veg and eggs all cooked without oil or fat.
On top of those you can have a certain amount of sins a day usually set between 5-15.A packet of crisps may be 6 sins for example.
Basically it’s now a low fat healthy diet.It’s not rocket science that if you cut the crud out an eat fresh whole foods you will be better off.
My sister has got me on the new plan and I’m on my fourth day and get weighed in Sunday.

Find an eating plan which suits you best , I reckon all of the well known ones work if you stick at them.
If you like cooking I’d say Slimming World would be hard t beat.
Mind you baked beans are free too.
As I said I’ll know more Sunday though!
