How does the slimming world diet actually work?
I know all the rules and everything, and have been following it since january. I’ve lost over a stone but I’ve always wondered how it works in your body to help you lose weight, because you can eat an unlimited amount of certain foods, like for example you could eat 1 million potatoes and lose weight, even though you would have ate over a million calories. it’s just you’re not eating protein and carbs together.
How does this work?

I have always believed that it works because the protein and carbs take longer to digest when eaten together.
Well done with the diet!
Has made me think that I should start at Slimming World again myself! It worked when I was on it and stuck too it!

I agree with B!! I hate how people are saying season 8 will suck when seriously its been off air for like 4 days! Come on! No one knows what will happen! Also, i agree with some of the points about how Peyton probably should be there for Brookes sake, but also it would take the focus off Brulians wedding. I just cant wait to see Naley will another baby and Brooke finally happy! Oh also i agree with the fact that if Quinn wasnt related to Haley, the finale wouldnt have affected me as much, but i just want a happy Haley so Quinn and Clay better live!
