I haven’t tried it myself but know people who find slimming world really good, have lost lots of weight and kept it off, and they find they can eat plenty and don’t go hungry at all. For example, on a ‘green day’ you can eat unlimited potatoes, pasta etc. ‘Red days’ are more based on eating meat. Look on the slimming world website for a full explanation. I have tried weight watchers online and didn’t find it very good at all, it was very tedious counting everything and quite awkward trying to count ‘points’ in fresh food, and very difficult when eating out. Also, I was hungry on the weight watchers plan.
