How does getting fit work?
Hi, I was just wondering how getting fit worked.
For example, training over and over again makes you fit eventually, but how does it work compared to being unfit? Does your heart pump blood better or something? Do your muscles have more space for oxygen?
I’ve googled this but no one seems to have this specific answer.
