How does a 19 year old lose weight fast?

I’m 19 and last time I checked I weighed 264 pounds. I know this is a lot for me, and I want to get in shape, I don’t mind walking miles or whatever a day, id just like to know what should my average weight be for a 19 year old that’s around 5 feet, 11 inches, and the best way to loose the weight the fastest.

    dude, join a swim team. I was bigger in 6th grade, and in september when i was in 7th i joined a three day a week team, for 1 1/2 hours a practice…i lost weight sooo fast…but its a loe i mean A LOT of commitment. plus its just a super hard sport. The next year i moved up on my team to six days a week for 2 hours a practice…if u started lets say in a month…by february youd be 200 pounds guarunteed..as long as you stuck with it till then…because you probably cant join a team cuz ur too old…just swim intervals at ur local pool

    First you have to get motivated, then change your eating habits (switch to healthy foods) and exercise 4-5 days a week for an hour. Within 2/3 months you will see a BIG difference in you body and you’ll feel better too. Good Luck!!!
