    follow the diet…does the diet include binge eating…obviously you want to stop binge eating, so just stop binge eating. and if the diet is telling you to binge eat, then stop it. eat 6 meals a day. then exesrize inbetween each meal for most of the inbetween time. Break dance. Exersize. eat at least 2500+ cals a day. Muscle weighs more than fat, don’t try to loose weight, you need to do at least 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of strength training a day. eat healthy wide varieties- fruits(3-10 serv.) and veggies(3-10serv) and only drink water 36-100 cups, meat/protein(3-10serv) dairy/calcium(3-10serv) grains/rice/carbs(3-10), multi vitamin and other needed supplements. exersize hard, sweaty, out of breath, painful, burning, get tired, if u sleep 12 hours, then exersize 3- 4 hours, if u sleep 8 hours, then exersize for 7-8 hours, shower 2-14 times, clean mouth 3-14 times, the goal is to be strong and healthy! http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx i did the calculator, I need to eat at least 3500 cals. http://primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/jumpsite/calculat.htm

    exersizing will reduce your hunger, as well as eating 6 times a day will make your meals become smaller and be less hungry for more. also you must eat healthy foods because unhealthy foods dont fill you up and if you eat to much it makes you feel sick. exesring also give you enegry as well as healthy foods give energy.

    You have to keep focused on what you are trying to achieve, step by step.

    Willpower – you need to take a day at a time. Today you can avoid binge eating. That gives you confidence not to do it tomorrow.

    If you can set a target of two weeks, you will start to see some benefit. That will spur you on for the next two weeks.

    When the craving comes, you have to stop and ask ‘Do I really need all this food? Is it really making me happy? Do I really want it? Won’t I feel miserable, disappointed and ill when I am finished?’ Always keep sight of what the results will be if you are strong.

    I can only echo other people in that drinking plenty of water/fluids (not alcohol!!!) helps the hunger pangs. It isn’t easy, but you can do it.

    If you’re not mis-informed about losing FAT you will learn you can eat 5>6 meals a day and burn off the fat if you know what to eat.EDUCATION not DIET.

    eat little and often so that you aren’t hungry. so instead of having 3 meals a day, where you can get tempted in between by naughty snacks, have small meals such as salads/nuts/dips etc every couple of hours.

    if you crave something like crisps or chocolate have a small amount, if you don’t that’s when you tend to binge.

    i get in the habit of brushing my teeth after every meal so that I’m not tempted to eat anything else because it will taste awful

    Try to eat more fibers during the day since they keep you full and this will cause you to less likely to overeat. Eat small meals frequently as well so that you will not feel hungry easily. Try to drink more water too

    though it helps if there is no food to binge eat apart from healthy snacks eg fruit and veg so if you have a lapse it won’t be so bad 🙂
