How do you lose weight while on medication?
I’m taking this medication that increases your appetite and therefore makes you gain weight. Is it impossible to lose the weight you have gained and keep it off while on a medication that tries to prevent you from losing the weight in the first place?

it would be helpful to know what medication you are on and why your doctor prescribed it. You say the medication tries to prevent you from losing weight in the first place indicates to me that maybe you need to gain weight, no?
