I’d like to lose some weight for homecoming thats coming up soon and look good any suggestions it doesn’t really matter if it’s unhealthy because I’ll go to a healthy diet after homecoming I just want to lose some fast.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. you could always stop eating but then you would probably get fat later on.
just exercise 24/7 and stop eating carbs, soda, ect and you should lose it fast. good luck!
