How do you lose fat in your face?
Most of me isn’t fat, so I don’t need to go on any intensive diets, but my cheeks are chubby. I know I’d look better without that fat on my face, because I have high cheekbones. Is there any way to lose a lot of weight in your face and minimal in the rest of you. I’ll lose weight in the rest of me if I need to, but I’d rather not have to.

I used to have a veryy chubby face in middle school and freshman year in highschool. its probably baby fat sinc eyou didn’t state your age. by the time your in college it will go away (unless you gain weight). the only other way to lose it would be to lose weight all over. or, it could be bloating if youre not drinking enough water/eating too much sodium/drinking too much alcohol and caffeine.

You cant “spot treat” parts of your body. If you are looking to get rid of fat anywhere on your body the best thing to do is cardio. Do 30 second sprints, power walk 30 seconds and do that for about 20 minutes. Bringing your heart rate up and down maximizes fat burning.
