How do you loose weight really fast?

Does anybody know any good & quick ways to loose Weight fast. I don’t have time to go running or to the gym or anything so what I’m basically looking for is exercises to do at home, like in your house or in the back garden? You know, like really effective exercises, like running on the spot or whatever it really doesn’t matter as long as I loose weight? Really good exercises that make you sweat buckets. I hope you can help me. Thanks.

    Even if you are to do exercises at home it would still take time. There is no silver bullet for weight loss. You need to get three things lined up: You need a well balanced diet to put everything into your body that you need including plenty of water; You need to get plenty of exercise; Your mind must be in the right place. In terms of your mind, I believe this is one of the most underrated aspects of weight-loss. People think they can diet and exercise, but if your head is not in the right place you may loose some weight but you’ll pick it up again just as fast, and some.

    Ok lets get the joke out of the way first, so have you thought about amputation? that’s the quickest way I know. So now to the serious bit, there is no quick fix, diet and exercise go together and works over a period of time. Sweating buckets is no solution to your problem you need to lose body fat not water. So its the slow road to weight lose that we all have to take.

    Do you think the guy in the first Answer actually read your Q as he is asking what you have you got to lose, seems strange to me, after what you wrote :-))
