How do you calculate your unsaturated to saturated fat ratio?
Do you divide percentage of unsaturated fat by percentage of saturated fat or divide grams of unsaturated fat by grams of saturated fat?
I am looking for how to calculate the ratio, not how to lose weight.

To find your Unsaturated (Mono + Poly) : Saturated fat ratio, you take your percentage of unsaturated fat and divide it by the percentage of saturated fat. This way you get some number to one.
Since the value you’re trying to obtain is just a ratio, you can also calculate it by using the grams. It should be about the same number either way.
For example, if you consumed 9% unsaturated fat and 5% saturated fat, then your ratio would be
9/5 = 1.8 : 1.
If you’d rather use grams, if you consumed 14.92 g unsaturated fat and 8.25 g saturated fat, then your ratio would be 14.92/8.25 = 1.8 : 1. Same answer!
