how do most teenage girls lose weight and then stay in shape?

im 5ft5 and around 142ish pounds, oh and im 16. i would love a body like Selena Gomez, Demi lovato or Miley Cyrus.

do you think its possible for me to get a body like that? i don’t want to look like them, but i would just love to be that Slim and toned.

how can i loose weight, fast and quickly before my prom and what exercises to you recommend for toning stomach, arms and thighs. what foods do you recommend that are low in calories and fill you up for longer? have you got any good snacks?

    With the money they have they can hire a personal chef that cooks a variety of low fat meals for them all day long. Their money can buy them a personal trainer as well. And they probably workout 1-2 hours a day. Also, they hire personal photographer and designers who photoshop their photos to make them look like goddesses and not human beings.

    For regular folks, this is still possible although you need discipline and consistency. Being active is the most important part as well as diet which is 80% of the solution.

    Eat a mostly low fat diet, eat more salads. Include more veggies in every meal, drink lots of water and mainly don’t pig out of carbs and fatty foods. You can indulge in them once or twice a week.

    If you exercise at least 30 minutes to an hour each day and eat right, you can look as fit as they do.
