How do loose weight in my arms without gaining muscle?
I have the type of body that gains muscle like crazy. Its horrible! I want to loos weight, and would love to be able to have small arms and shoulders, so I was wondering what I could do to loose weight in this area without gaining any muscle.

Cardio. Lots and lots of cardio.
Look at cyclists, marathon runners, fell walkers etc. They all have lean arms and shoulders.

Sorry, the harsh reality is that humans can not spot-reduce. You can only build up targeted muscles. You body will burn whatever fat it chooses to regardless of which muscles you are using. Its kind of like trying to get your car to burn only the gas that is in the upper left hand corner of your gas tank.
The best you can do is reduce your overall body fat. This, in turn, will include your arms.

I’ll assume you’re female. You make muscle sound like it’s a bad thing. Size and weight are two different things. You can slim down (or tone up) and keep your weight the same.
In addition to cardio, you should workout all body parts but place more emphasis on areas you want to focus on. Keep the reps high and weight pretty low. Oh, and loose is correctly spelled “lose”.

I would just like to second what an above user said. You cannot spot reduce certain areas of your body; i.e. you cannot perform arm curls to lose fat in your arms. Your body burns fat pretty equally throughout your body, not in one area or another.
That being said, your best bet would be to perform cardio. This will cause you to lose fat in all areas of your body, including your arms, and that’s the best you can do.
