How do i work off all the fat in thighs with out gaining muscle and making my thighs even bigger from muscle?
I know if you work out and gain muscle then you stop it just turns back into fat. so the fat in your thighs right now is stuck with you forever?

The only way you can lose fat arround your thighs is to lose fat from your whole body. You can’t specifically choose where you want the fat to come off from.
So you need to do aerobic exersize and possibly look at your diet to try and decrease your body fat.
