How do I tighten loose skin?
I’m 5’11” and weigh 145 pounds. I used to be like 5’8″ and 190. I lost all that weight fairly quickly and now I have a loose skin. What can I do to tighten that all up? I work out very often and run regularly.

Your on the right path, but your going to have to pump it up. I say this because I don’t know you, but from the info it gives it sounds like you are more of a casual exerciser, but your going to have to start running more to tighten up the skin. Loose skin isn’t tight because there is a thin layer of fat under the skin, so start running daily and it’ll tighten up.
