    Eat a small meals/portions throughout the day. After a while (and I mean a good amount of time) your motabolism will increase making your body burn food faster. You could also just snort some cocaine.

    Figure out what you can live without…arm / leg. Cut them off. You’ll lose weight really quick.

    you can try cutting out as much bread and posta as you can. Absolutly no soda and for your orginal 3 meals a day double them to 6 meals and make them much smaller portions and don’t forget to have 3 healthy snacks a day. This is the way that I stay skinny.
