How do I lose weight quickly for the summer?

Im 21 years old, 5ft10, 190lbs. I have a bulging stomach and fat located on top of my pecs which of course does not look appealing. What exercises and diets can I go on to help me lose weight quickly so that I can look fine during the summer?
Thank you guys, you have all been very helpful to me 😀

eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, eat only grilled meat, drink plenty of water, run at least 30 minutes everyday, avoid all the junk food.

In the last 3 weeks I have lost 16.5 pounds by limiting sugar, salt, and fats. I have been eating complex carb (such as whole grains) which are harder to digest and therefore don’t turn to fat. I have also been choosing lean meats or tofu for protein.

You might want to read up on the rice diet. I have learned a lot by studying about it. It is much more than rice, but you have to be committed to a lifestyle change.

Good luck and feel free to contact me for more info.

Your ideal weight is around 160, so you need to lose 30 lbs. If you workout 7 days a week and burn calories 1721 calories every time you work out. that is alot, but it will have you down to 160 by the end of a may. if want to do it by the end of june, you can do 1167 a day. still alot, and a ton of work. i would sudjest rumming.

Why did you wait till the last minute to figure out you needed to lose weight for summer? You should of planned this out MONTHS before. You can only lose 10-15lbs by May at the MOST. Just cut out the junk food by doing this:

-carry around a little book (or leave a pen and paper in the kitchen)
-everytime you eat something unhealthy, or that is out or your diet, write down ALL the nutrient facts from it (calories, calories from fat, fat, unsaturated fat, saturated fat, monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, cholestrol, sodium, potassium, carbohydrates, fiber, unsoluble fiber, soluble fiber, protein, sugar, vitamin a, vitamin c, vitamin d, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin b6, magnesium, copper, folic acid/folate, iron, niacin, riboflavin, and vitamin b12)

    THE REASON WHY IT WORKS:
You’ll eventually get tired of writing the nutrition facts, so you’ll slowly reduce your cravings for junk food.
