How do i lose weight quickly?

I am 15, and i weigh quite a lot more than i should. I really need to lose weight. Can i have some tips on how to do it quickly?

    exercise. dont eat past 7. & you can drink a glass of water before every meal so you will be full & wont eat as much.
    just dont cut food out of your life.

    you’ll probably not be able to keep it up the worst thing you can do is start yo yo dieting, change all bad eating habbits tonight in a list until its one you can stick to 1500 calories and exercise 6 days a weeks cardio this should kick start your weight loss but if its too much dont stress just figure out what works for you and never ‘give up’
