ok theres two things you can do
go to my profile — nd go to my questions section, and read the latest question i posted…cuz i have my excersise routine & diet on there (read the comments..so you know how effective it will be, and what other people think of it)

This works for me:
everyday I excercise before I eat every meal. Just a quickk 10 or 5 minute one. Like situps, jogging, dance moves, etc Then I stick to drinking 3 bottles of water or more. I usually eat greens now, plenty of pineapples, fish, lean chicken, healthy soup. I avoid fast foods, just eat home cooked meals. Eat special K twice a day, you can actually lose 5 pounds. It worked for me.

Diet pills are always a bad idea. I dont think you should try to RUSH weight loss. I think you should just reduce your food to reasonable amounts, try to exercise more and avoid fatty and empty calories. I think all quick weight loss is harmful and in the end useless. You have to change your behavior. There is no magic bullet IMO.

Step 2:Replace your snacks with fruits and vegetables to lose weight now.Step 3:Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, make it a date with your friend. Take a brisk walk or jog around the neighborhood. Play a game of basketball or tennis. Try to work towards 60 minutes daily. But, at least get exercise for 4 days of the week if you want to lose weight now – minimum.Step 4:Make a poster for motivation – add your ending weight goal and keep track of your weight loss progress each week.

Here what you need to do:
1- Try to eat less, don’t starve your self, eat everything you want to eat but with smaller amounts.
2- try to excercise for 15-30 min a day.
3- think of food as “fuel” and not “flavor”
4- to motivate yourself.. tell your self that cookies and pizza are sweet but being thin is alot sweeter.
5- eat whatever you want ( small amounts ) in lunch, eat fruits at breakfast and dinner.
6- drink alot of water, fun fact: hot water is so useful for losing weight, but still cold water won’t make you gain weight. lol
7- always keep thinkin about how happy will you be when you become thin.

I do enjoy the way you have framed this specific matter and it really does supply us a lot of fodder for consideration. On the other hand, because of what precisely I have experienced, I really hope when the actual feed-back stack on that people continue to be on point and in no way get started on a tirade of the news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this superb piece and even though I do not necessarily agree with it in totality, I respect your viewpoint.
