How do I lose weight by walking on a treamill?
I am wanting to lose around 50lbs. I have starting walking on my treadmill at night at 3mph at a 5% incline. I walk for 45 minuets. Is there anything I could do to improve and possibly speed up my weight loss? I do eat well around 1500 cals a day and have cut soda and sugary snacks completely out of my diet.
Any input is much appreciated.

You seem like your doing good. but if you want to loose weight then you need to make sure that your burning more calories then you eat. so only eat 1500 calories is you burn 1550 calories.

you lose by walking on the treadmill. you’re already doing it. more of an incline will burn more calories. walking longer will burn more calories. keep it up and you’ll lose. set a realistic goal so you don’t expect too much and get discouraged.
