    1. eat healthier
    2. eat less
    3. excercise
    4. lift weights. you won’t lose much weight (in fact, you may gain some), but because muscle is denser than fat, you’ll lose inches

of course, these are the healthy options. you could try lipo or diet supplements, but they can be dangerous, and don’t always work. and ALWAYS talk to your doctor first. ALWAYS

either 5 small meals: veggies and protein for main three course and an apples for two snack …or three meals main: veggies and protein and eat an apple before meal..cuz apple high in fiber make you feel full so you can eat less…as for exercise.. either walk, jogging, or running at least 30 mins four times a week… 🙂 …you wont lose much weight but inches cuz inches are always better…. 🙂

Eat foods that are as close to natural as possible. That means fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and low fat dairy products. Cut out all junk foods, give up carbonated drinks, they are not good for anyone.

Walk as much as possible. If you have access to a swimming pool its a great way to lose weight, by either swimming or doing water exercises.
Lift weights if you have them, if not you can use canned foods as hand weights. Turn up your music and dance its a great way to get moving . Lots of cities offer summer recreation programs which are good for keeping active. Anything that keeps you moving will help.
Its not easy to change bad habits, but you can do it if you put your mind to it.
    Good luck.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
