How do I lose some stomach fat/skin?
I lost 20 pounds, but I still have a small “muffin top” where my stomach hangs over my jeans. There’s a little fat and a little stretched ot skin. How can I get rid of it (it’s the only fat really left on me..) Will Sit-ups help lower it? Thanks

I understand your situation. I’m not saying you’re fat, but if you lost some additional fat, your body would be in much more shape. The best way to lose the fat is through proper nutrion. Eat healthy calories, and don’t overeat. Please choose a plan to stick to. This way, you will not go back to your old lifestyle (although it may not be that bad). Diets really don’t make sense, because it seems you are going to gain that weight back once you stop. Exercise also helps. The best way to lose fat is through HIT (High intensity training). Look it up on the internet. It basically says that you should cycle intervals of difficulty and ease. It is better than cardio because it increases your metabolism for a long time, resulting in burning calories after doing exercise. By the way, sit ups will not help at all. Many people think doing them will lose your stomach fat. It won’t. This myth is referred to as spotlifting, lifting in a area to make fat go away in that area. It does nothing. Sit ups will make your abs stronger (and they are really not even good at that, pretty bad exercise overall). Good luck.

A combination of cardio and strength training will help you get the right shape. You can do thousands of sit-ups, but never seen definition if you don’t burn the excess fat off. Walking briskly is great for burning fat, and best of all, it’s free! Diet is also important. Drink lots of water, eat lots of veggies, and cut out as much sodium as you can – salt makes you retain water which can be seen as excess fat. Good luck!

fat you have to burn it off or build up muscle to burn it off.
skin takes a while to retract, so focus on toning type exercises while you are waiting for the skin to rectract. Also make sure you stay hydrated. dehydrated skin won’t retract like it should.
if your skin was too stretched out and you lost the weight too fast then the skin won’t retract and the only way to get rid of excess skin is to have it surgically removed.
