yoga. i know it sounds like it is not exercise but it really is. and pilates. you can get a cheap video anywhere even online or in stores. try getting a pilates movie with core work. it tones your stomache and everything else! so does yoga! and it really is calming like they say.

You can do stomach crunches.
Stomach crunches: 25 a day
Side crunches: 15 a day.
Pushups: 10 a day.
