The only way to really lose fat is cardio and healthy diet. Fat burning is an all over activity for your body. “Spot fat burning” is basically a myth. You should continue to work those muscles so that when the fat does start to melt off, your body looks the way it should. Burning calories is the way to go. For example, running will get you in better shape, but fast walking for a longer duration burns more calories and thus more fat. Good luck!

if you want to lose weight but at the same time build up muscle your best bet would be to get to the gym… i know it sounds obvious – but the correct excercise and diet are essential… freeweights are always a good option buy some dumbells and download an excercise sheet – depending on how much fat youve got up there – if you keep to the routine youll notice results towards the 2 months stage – just dont overdo it!

There’s no such thing as spot reducing so, your best bet is to do some cardio work such as: running, walking, aerobics, treadmill, etc. Anything that gets your heart pumping. Those type of exercises burn fat the quickest. Then your muscles will be much more noticeable with the fat missing!
