How do I lose fat off my stomach and hips?
I’m only 14 and need to lose weight badly! I eat really good, I excercise daily, I do stomach workous, legs wokouts, name it I do it!
And I still can’t lose this fat! I get super frusterated! Help please?
Any suggestions?

You will lose fat by doing cardio. One of the easiest cardio exercises to pick up will probably be running.

You have to do a lot of fat burning exercises. A good exercise is running. One thing you need to remember though, is that you cannot target weight loss. Weight loss is going to happen however your body sees fit. You can do all the ab and leg workouts you want but it won’t speed up weight loss in your abdominal area. It’s going to involve a lot of exercise and a healthy diet.
One more thing. Most people lose weight in the stomach and hips area last. So you’ll notice the weight loss in other areas first.

You’re only 14 and it’s normal. But my advice is to get into sports like basketball, swimming, tennis or volleyball. Have fun!

This daily plan have helped me lose as much as 10lbs over 2 weeks and I hope it will for you too:
– Start the day with some green tea and plenty of drinking water. Eat some lean protein for breakfast, and do your stress-busting yoga stretches.
– If you are a morning person, do your cardio exercise then. Follow it up with 15 minutes of strength-training exercises, focusing on your arms.
– Eat small meals throughout the day, staying well below your required caloric intake.
– Drink approximately 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight.
– Avoid sugary or salty foods.
– In the evening, do a longer session of stretching.
– Wind down before bed with relaxing activities like reading or taking a warm bath.
– Sleep at least 8 hours.
