How do I lose belly fat from my pregnancy?
My pre pregnancy weight was 106 and I gained about 30 lbs during the entire pregnancy. I lost all the weight but still have some belly fat that I really want to tone and flatten:) I can’t get to the gym so I need exercises that I can do around the house. I also need ideas for a healthy eating habit while exercising. The more answers the better:D Thanks a bunch.

walk and pilates. worked for me I had two back to back pregnancies and gain about 50 pounds total.

Cardio is really the only way to burn fat, especially that around your belly. You cannot spot treat areas of fat! That is a myth – if you do ab work, you will only build muscle underneath the fat, which can make your stomach look bigger. Cardio in combination with muscle work is the way to go. For around the house, try marching or jogging in place while folding laundry, watching TV, etc. And then do squats, sit-ups, lunges, etc., stuff you can do while standing or doing small chores. 🙂 Hope that helps.
