I would drink water with your meals (if you have a drink with any of your meals that is) and i would do some exercise that can get you really active.

well looking your best isnt always BEST, healthy looking is best, consider the following, do you need to lose the weight, but if your that desprite, dont go on those no eating diets, just exercise alot, and dont eat fatty things, eat fruit, protein shakes, veggies, and anything with a low ammount of sugar and sodium, within a month if you are very healthy and active, you could lose 15 – 30 lbs

The formula for losing weight is simple – eat less food and workout more – the issues surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don’t you think?! Work out a lot, eat better, drink more water, there is a thing called p90x or sumthing like that and it comes with a bunch of dvds, you lose wight fast! you do like 1 30 min work out a day and it is all for abs one day, you butt the next day, and so on.
oh and drink a glass of water before each meal. It makes you eat less
