how do i loose weight fast without a lot of exercise?

i am 14 years old. 5’4″ and 155 pounds. i would like to get down to about 110-120. any tips about what i should eat and how to loose the wait fast without much exercise. thanks for the help!

    Vegan diet.
    My first 4 days I lost 7lbs.
    And yes I did it healthily, I eat 4 meals a day and am still losing weight without any increased exercise.

    Also you will cut your cancer and heart attack rate in half.
    Plus you wont be eating tortured animal carcasses anymore.

    If you go sit in a sauna for 30 min or so you can sweat about 3-5 pounds of water off. It’s quick but the weight comes back when you rehydrate.

    If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you’ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).

    Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. Use a calorie calculator – The number you get from this tool is what your body burns on a daily basis. To lose weight, simply eat less. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.

    Don’t make all of these changes at once or you won’t be able to properly adjust to them. Generally, eating healthier foods will decrease your calorie intake.     Not that I’d recommend going without exercise, but I know the Flat belly Diet really does not put a lot of emphasis on exercise, and it is based on a Mediterranean way of eating so can be very good for you. More info below.

    that’s tha whole point…anorexia may work temporarily but it kills your body eventually.

    your heart, you body, all of it, needs you to exercise! once you get used to it, you feel good all tha time! more energy, less aches, you name it!

    Have you ever watched Survivor? They lose weight very quickly because they are starving. Have you ever seen them on the last show when they announce the $1 million winner? They have all gained their weight back. Why? Because as soon as they started consuming more calories again, their bodies hung on to as many of those calories as possible. If you think you can lose weight just by eating less and keep it off, I’d really like to see your results 6 months from now.

    You’re young, so you should be getting lots of exercise, but do something fun, maybe rollerblading with your friends or swimming.
    Cut out junk food and anything with sugar, except fruit, eat more salads and veggies, ALONG with smaller portions of your mom’s cooking, esp. the fattening stuff. Sorry to say, but you will need to exercise to burn calories.

    You could pray but this doesn’t work very often. You can take two large garbage bags and cut holes in them. Before bedtime, wear one as a shirt and the other as pants. In the morning, you will have lost water weight. Do this for a week. But if you want to really lose weight…cut out sweets, pop, and do eat those vegetables and fruits. Cut back on meat, bread, and potatoes!
