How do I loose weight fast the healthy way?

I am only 15 years old, but I want to get in shape and loose weight within a month. I own no excercise equiptment and have no idea how to shape up my diet. I have no way of getting to the gym daily either, so I have to work out at home somehow. Help!

    Yoga is a great way to lose weight from, you tone and burn calories. Yogajournal.com is a great source, with poses and health related items. You can jog, bike, or see if you can hike somewhere. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity doctors recommend. Eat a healthy diet, small, but often. Drink pleanty of water.
