How do i loose weight easily and quickly?
I am 13, and 5 foot 5.5 and 117 pounds. Im aiming for 112. So i only need to loose 5 pounds. Don’t say “your alraedy thin!” I know that, I just want to get a bit thinner, b/c im a ballet student, and I just need to get thinner for that. I would NEVER go anorexic! So what is a good way to drop 5 pounds without making it obvious to my parents and without starving myself or overly exercising or using any of those pills?

I would recommend climbing stairs. It will help keep your legs toned/strong and help trim your core.

Well first of all there is no easy or quick way to lose weight without gaining it back!! also you are still growing, so losing weight should not be a option at all.. just do more physical activity and lessen your calorie intake by 100 a day. good luck.. should take about 2 months.. best and healthiest way to go

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

It’s not about loosing weight, it’s about adding muscle and toning!
By exercising and toning your weight can actually go up without looking like you “gained weight”. There is a misconception about “dieting”. You don’t want to lose “muscle tone”. When you do that you risk injury. As you know, in ballet, you need balance and muscle (tone) to perform.
Work on improving your nutrition. The fastest way to lose weight without risking losing muscle tone is jogging/running. You will have to continue to eat normally. Running will increase your metabolism, that’s your ability to burn calories.
Drink plenty of water, if you don’t, your body will try to retain it. Retaining water is your body’s way of self-defense, especially when you are not drinking enough.
