How do I get rid of loose skin from lots of lost weight?
I’ve been exercising and on a diet for some time now, and I’ve lost a lot of weight and the skin around my belly is loose. Will this go away eventually if I continue my diet and exercise or should I consider surgery?

It may tighten over time. The best thing you can do is toning exercises to tighten up the skin. No, do not consider surgery, at least not for a while. Give it time and work on it. It may tighten slower then if you just did surgery, but I wouldn’t suggest that. Just exercise more often then you currently are, and your body should react accordingly and tighten.
