how do i get a flatter stomach and slimmer thighs?
i do have a small stomach and i want it to be flatter. what exercises can i do to make it flatter? also i don’t like my thighs at all, how can i make them slimmer?

If you want a flatter stomach and slimmer tights you have to reduce your body fat. Running is one of the best exercises for burning fat and raising your metabolism. But any cardio exercise will have a similar effect when correctly done and for at least 30 minutes a day, but why pay for a gym subscription if you can workout for free (running). Good luck.

running is very good to decrease your overall body weight, especially if you dont like your thighs. you could also do leg lifts (lie on your side and lift your leg up, bring you leg down but don’t let it touch your other leg).
for the stomach: lie on you back and lift your legs into the air, 90degrees, then 45, then as low as you can go. hold for 20 seconds, do three times. as you get better start increasing how long you hold for.

I used to do a lot of crunches, but it dint work that well for me.I tried yoga, it’s worked the best for me so far, there are specific exercises that cater to each body part and if followed correctly and regularly, it’s helps in toning and slimming and the best is the effects are long term. You can get all the videos online, my favorite being Franz Andrini at http://www.zendle.com. You can take a look. It’s interesting and it’s good.
