How do i build up muscle in my arms and lose fat. fast.?

i just turned 14 and i need to lose weight fast. get in ready for football again put on some weight on the off season

    Lost weight by eating healthy and exersize. Don’t both about your arm muscles. Worry about your legs. U must be fast and not only that, but the ability of what your arms can lift and everything is based on your legs.

    Well you can’t build huge muscle if you want to lose fat at the same time.

    Though if you want big arms, lift heavy, and eat good carbs, fats, and proteins.

    Don’t do alot of cardio if you want size.

    Then when you get a size you are happy with, maintain the lifting, but add tons of running, and cardio exercises.

    Though if you want to be just tone, then lift light weights, eat right, and do tons of cardio.

    There is no FAST way to do it, but you can do it over time ;D

    Dips are a good idea. Also press ups, chin ups and bench press will help your arms. Don’t forget that loosing fat and building muscle is done through careful dieting also. Good Luck 🙂
