how did u feel just after stopping smoking?
i have recently stopped smoking, i am 17 and have scince i was 15, i know really stupis but i gave in to peer pressure and things just got worse. now i have stopped i feel so crap, i have a friend who cant stand people smoking and thats whats mae me stop as she wouldnt really open up to me when i was smoking, she kind of kept her distance an it really made me stop but now i have although we are best friends im begining to thing it wasnt liek me feeling like this? how did you feel after quitting?

i think your friend is pretty smart not only did she make you stop smoking but she made you live longer because smoking kills you and you didn’t lose anything when you stopped smoking you gained stuff like a best friend and a long healthy live so be happy
