How can you lose weight (quickly if possible)?

I’m a student attending school. I don’t have that much time and I can only exercise after school at before I sleep. Can anyone help? I have to go to school, come home (and maybe have time to exercise), do homework, eat dinner (maybe exercise again), and sleep. I wish I didn’t have to go to school so I can exercise all day but I can’t. I really want to lose weight. I have really big calves so I especially want to lose the weight in my legs and make them slimmer. Please helpppppp!

    Reward yourself
    If you have set yourself some specific goals, for example, to have regular meals, or lose 3lbs in 2 weeks or eat your 5 a day, reward yourself when you have achieved it for example, with a new CD, seeing a movie, a new hairstyle, or outfit. It will also help to plan a big reward for when you have achieved your longer term weight goal. You will definitely deserve it.
