How can I tone up and lose weight quickly?

I’m not overweight or anything, but I am not in shape. I am 5’6” and about 125lbs. I’d like to be really skinny and toned. I want to lose between 7-10lbs. How can I achieve this?

    there is no * fast and quick * way, not realy, its a numbers game, no magic answers, you have to eat less and move more, that is very basic but the true and real answer, you must eat atleast 1200 cal a day, and do exercise, you can burn 1000 calories a day, then you can lose lots of weight, but as sooon as you stop the exercise you have to be sure you dont eat too much, or you will gain it back, I do hiking, wth a pack, and up hill, so it burns a lot, GOOD LUCK
