How can I quickly loose weight for being a 13 year old girl?

So, i am 13. 5’3″ and 119. I’m pretty much average size, but I want to be thinner! I want to be about 100 pounds. And school is starting in about a week and a half. I want to be at least 110 by the new school year.
I have tried many times to loose weight, but being around my skinny girlfriends that eat whatever they want all the time, I usually never pull through. I am tired of not wanting to be in pictures because I always feel fat. I have a super bad body image and low self esteem. I find the only thing that guys every fall for is my face. But I want to have more than just a face.

So what can I do?

    Your bmi is 21.1

    BMI Categories:
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    Overweight = 25–29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    So you are on the lower end of normal and you really shouldn't be going out of your way to try to lose weight especially being as young as you are. You are still growing and any extreme dieting or exercise you might try could seriously harm your growth and cause problems for you as an adult.

    At your age you are going to go through a few growth spurts and your weight will probably fluctuate. As long as you eat healthy and keep active you will be just fine. If you ever feel like you might be getting over weight just use the BMI calculator I linked below to show you if you are actually over weight or not.

    If you got down to 100 pounds you would be dangerously underweight.

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
    If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
    will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
    underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
    exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
    diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
    after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
    your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
    you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
    cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
    diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
    calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
    lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
    disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
    your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
    bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
    to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
