How can I lose weight with a busy work/school schedule and stay motivated?

I signed up for kickboxing, but I can only go twice a week at the most. I loved my first class! I need to lose about 30-40 pounds to be at a healthy weight. I also have a tough time staying motivated. :/ Can anyone offer helpful advice to help me get started? Thank you in advance for your answers 🙂

    Hi,

I’m not sure that i’m going to give the best answer but i’ll give you my best. Kickboxing is a very good start to loosing those pounds. Eating some quick healthy snacks like some , fruit and veggies whenever you have a break is also good. Listen to your body when it tells you your full, don’t keep eating after that point, even though you may want too. Eating a healthy breakfast in the morning is also good, as I said if you don’t have time just eat some fruit or something. Also if you have a few minutes before you go to bed do some push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks so you can get a few minutes of exercise in for the day. Also having a bottle of water will keep you hydrated and give you energy. I wish you the best of luck with your weight loss! GOOD LUCK! 🙂

Occasionally dieting and exercise basically is not enough, as there can be additional weight basically lying around in the insides. It is not body fat, therefore it can not be burned off, however it can be flushed out, basically by using a supplement. http://cozyurl.com/1478 has a risk free offer available currently, I gave it a whirl and melted away seventeen lbs!! Who says there is no magic bullet? LOL!!!

I’m a little ashamed to admit I haven’t made time to exercise since I got a full-time job. My old trainer recommended I take 8 Hour Energy (NOT 5 hour energy – different thing) to lose weight (I guess to burn more calories through the day), and I’ve been losing more weight now than I was when I jogged 3 times/wk. I lost like 16 pounds in 2 months – give it a shot!
