How Can I Lose Weight Super Fast?

Ok well my stomach is looking pretty fat and i hate it. i stopped eating for a few days but my friend got really mad and so i started eating again but now im looking fat and i cant just stop eating. Im 12 years old and i just want an easy answer on how to lose weight fast. Please dont tell me im too young and stuff like that becuz i really dont want to hear it. I just want an answer. Please and thank you

    you are at a young age, so DON’T stop eating, you need the carbs and calories to grow n develop . that’ll only make things worse, and you will bloat. eat healthy. normal portion meals, just until you don’t feel the hunger anymore. and lots and lots of physical activity. that’s the fastest way to do it and stay feeling good. because what’s the point of looking good if you don’t feel good?? well, goodluck!! 🙂

    I know how you feel. i’m 16 and i feel the same way sometimes, and like you at a time i stopped eating in attempt to lose weight. But i’m going to be honest with you, there is no healthy way to lose weight fast. I talked to my doctor over the summer about losing weight and she told me to simply reduce what i was eating.. Try eating half of what you normally but eat more than three times a day. She suggested i eat five times a day and smaller meals. She also suggested that i start exercising more. This is what worked for me until i had a knee injury and was confined to a chair for about a month except for school, as well as physical therapy. I really hope that this helps but you shouldn’t care if it looks a little fat..ask you doctor what an ideal weight would be for you height..being a little over isn’t to bad. but you doctor will tell you if you need to lose weight or not.

    Give yourself a treat

    When you tell yourself that you can’t have something you want it more. Give yourself a treat once a day ( ie. half a cookie) and you won’t feel you are missing out.

    If you drink a soda or 2 a day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stop
    completely, cut back at first and drink water instead.
