How can I lose weight quickly? I just need a solution.?

I do not want to take diet pills, or something that I have to buy off of the internet. However, please do not waste my time or yours by explaining that it is only healthy to lose 2 pounds per week…I know that, but that is not exactly fast. I do exercise for an hour per day (tae bo and kickboxing) but what should I eat to maximize weight loss?

I lose 8-10 pounds the first two weeks on the South Beach diet. If I continue for another 2 weeks I lose another 10.

You can lose about 20 lbs in 5 weeks on the South Beach diet.

many says being vegetarian is best if you’ll diet… but in my opinion it is discipline that makes most of it… you see if you exercise a lot but also eat a lot, then the calories you lose will just then be replaced by the amount of the food you have taken…

Eat smaller portions and more frequently (like 6 instead of 3 meals a day) to raise you metabolism.

Try fasting…and dont eat after 9pm…Or try a veggie diet. and walk for at least 20 min a day.

Eat meat, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, avoid sweets and fats. Lift weights to build muscle which helps metabolize fat.
There is no quick fix for this problem…you didn’t get over-weight over night, and you won’t lose it over night either. By the way, you DON’T sweat off fat; you lose water which is replaced when you drink fluids.

If I had the answer you’re looking for, I’d be a multi-millionaire. You don’t gain weight quickly, and you won’t lose it quickly either. Eat smaller portions, healthier foods (lots of vegetables and fruits), get plenty of exercise, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The weight will come off just like you put it on — a little at a time.

Sorry, there are no miracle cures for obesity — just sensible eating habits and exercise.

Diet and exercises go hand and hand. Find a diet that works for you, I recommend that you get under the a doctor care, so that you don’t loose the essential vitamins that you body needs. It seems like you got the exercises down pack. Fast diet is a deadly diet, so take your time. Good luck.

I know how you feel, I’m somehow there!… Last month I decided to lose 50 pounds in 4 months and so far I’m losing pretty fast! After searching a lot this is a diet I designed, it’s healthy, fast and working for me:
I start my day with a glass of hot water and 1sp honey before breakfast, it is effective on loosing fat cells and burn faster, if you can add 2 spoons of apple cedar vinegar to the mix is wonderful and you will lose weight even faster.
I’ve totally stopped sugar (even artificial I use honey and dates), all the simple carbs like rice, bread… even brown ones! bread is bread even brown one!… I’ve stopped meat and chicken.. I don’t go for their protein, they are full of hormones, especially chicken, and I stopped all the oil and fats. I just use 1 or 2 sp olive oil for fat, not fried just raw and simple.
I eat salad and vegetables (broccoli, cabbage and celery are the best, but cauliflower, onions, green peas, carrots and almost all the root veggies are not good) I eat them steamed or raw but still not much (unlike what they say) they also have calorie and make the stomach big.
I get around 70g protein from egg white (egg protein is the best and the most complete protein), lowfat yogurt (not milk) (eating 2 small yogurts daily makes losing faster), lentil and bean (not more than half cup,not everyday) and whey protein shakes (immediately after exercise).
For fruit only grapefruit, black/blueberries and green apple. Most of the fruits are sweet and don’t help if u want to lose fast but these fruits are fat burner. And I drink 2 liter water….
I eat food as simple as they are, I don’t make a food with 10 ingredients, I’ve learned I lose better if I eat food as they really are, single and not overcooked.
I eat every 3 hours but smal amounts, and I don’t eat 4 hours before going to bed in anyway…even if I’m hungry.

I’m not vegetarian but I found out what I’m doing is like semivegetarian as someone mentioned before it’s good for losing weight.
I use garlic, hot red pepper powder and green tea tablets (they boost metabolism), I also take fish oil, and multi vitamins to keep my diet healthy..

and I exercise one hour daily. In addition I also try to exercise before breakfast with empty stomach for 30 minutes, body mostly goes for fat to use as energy then.

Do meditation and 3 times repeat aloud “I’m strong. Today my body is helping me to burn all the fats quickly and I love my body.” and everyday just for one minute imagine yourself with a perfect body, they make your weight loss even faster, do it even if you don’t believe in these things!

    Hope it helps..
Be strong and don’t give up! Kill those fats 😉 I wish a very good luck for you and me to reach our goals 😉

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you’re consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm

Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
    Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
    Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
    http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/carbohydrates.html

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is “Muscle and Fitness”. Signup for the free newsletter. An excellent free online resource is at http://www.exrx.net/

A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com

Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Send me an email or yahoo instant message to “gainbetterhealth” if you want an indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have any questions.
