start by eating healthy that helps a bunch also do some aerobics, the key is to keep your heart rate up for at least 15 minutes, but keep going for at least 30. also eat a really health breakfast to keep your metabolism going through out the day.
p.s. an example about why junk food is so bad: 1 can of soda equals 2 hours of really extreme workout…so i would just completely not drink that stuff

there is no way that you will not feel the urge to eat but as for losing weight since you have a pretty big time span your diet wont have to be that strict but do can not splurge all the time.

Follow a healthy diet and the key to exercising is to do strength training. Aeorbics are good, but alternate with strangth training exercises such as squats, pull ups, push ups, bench presses and lateral pull-down.

You should be eating about 1200-1500 calories a day!!!!
Eat better and get lots of exercise!!!
Eat a good lunch of a sandwich, some carrots, maybe some popcorn, breakfast, protein bar, wheat toast, fruit, dinner, small portion of meat lots of vegies. Snacks, carrots, nuts, fruit, 100 calorie bags.
You don’t have to kill yourself to lose weight, but eat sensibly and control your portions!! As you eat better, try and exercise vigoriously 30 minutes a day. See what happens after a month.
