last year i decided that i wanted to lose some weight so i came up with my own plan. i decreased my cals fats and carbs (but didnt cut them out like some people do) and increased in vitamins fibres and proteins. this was my diet plan:
breakfast: porridge topped with berries and seeds
    snack:banana
lunch: chicken and veg salad with olive oil dressing
    snack: yogurt
    dinner: salmon with new potatoes
    snack:fruit salad

there are pleanty of snacks in this diet to keep you satisfied throughout the day

as for exercise i ran at 10mph for an hour 6 days a week. i also did weight exercises (weights, lunges, squats, crunches, pressups, pull bar…..etc….) for 1hour 3 days a week. this is a healthy an effective plan i was able to lose 17 pounds in 2 months and gained muscle but not too much so i looked like a man. i felt healthy, thin and strong. i was so happy with myself. i would definaltely recommend doing this as it is so eeffective and reasonibly easy. btw, dont worry if you cant run at 10mph for an hour 6 days a week staright away- i couldnt. just take it slow- start off doing 15 mins each day at 5mph and gradually increase. hope i have helped and good luck 🙂 x

There are tons of things you can do!!
    My Favorite:
    – Put on your fav pump-up music and choreograph a dance routine or aerobic routine. It sound totally dorky but it’s so much fun!
    * HINT! If you want to tone up your arms too get some small 2 or 3 pound weights and hold them while you dance. It really tones your arms while doing cardio!
    – You could also check out some aerbic routines on YouTube — I’m sure that there are tons!

    – Another idea is running. I run track and cross country and it really gets you into great shape!!

–After you start doing cardio (like dancing or running) try to do some core conditioning. Here are a few ideas
-Crunches (these are a classic — you can never go wrong with crunches)
-Plank hold (if you don’t know what it is Google it!) –
-Russian Twists – These are soooo easy but really work out your abs!
If you don’t like any of these you search “ab workout” on YouTube!

    WHAT TO EAT:
I sounds terrible but do try to eliminate as much junk food as possible… Now you don’t have to get rid of all junk food — just try to substitute some junk food for healthier options:

-Instead of eating Cheetos or chips have some popcorn
-Instead of drinking sugary drinks like soda or Gatorade just drink water! It helps keep clear skin too!
-Eat healthy and junk food at the same time! Dip fruits into chocolate, caramel, or yogurt dip!

Here’s what I usually eat for lunch which I think is a pretty good balance between healthy foods and junk food:

    -Ham and cheese sandwich
-Carrots and green peppers w/ ranch dressing
    -4 cookies
-Welch’s fruit snacks (These taste wicked good but also have 100% of Vitamin C and other good stuff!)
-Lite Kettle Corn Popcorn (lite does not have as much sugar and salt but still tastes great!)
-and I drink water throughout the day!

    Hope this all helped!

Eat less, burn more. Do this and you will lose weight,., but you must stick to it or nothing will happen.

    Food:
You need to have a variety of foods. It may sound odd, but the more you eat equals the more you lose. Like if you eat some veggies, an apple, some spaghetti, a turkey sandwich, and some 100 calorie yogurt. (All in one day everyday.) you’ll weigh less than someone who eats three meals a day consisting of only grain products, like spaghetti, rice, and a bread stick in one day. That’s because when you eat too much of one thing, even if it’s a good thing, your body stores that food in your stomach. When you continue to eat the same things, the bigger you’ll get. Eat a little bit of everything from the five food groups. (Not counting oils and sweets as a group…) You’ll be way more healthier and feel better. Also, you could either break down each food group in a day, like 5 meals a day. Or you can just have like grains and dairy at breakfast, veggies and fruits at lunch and meat at dinner. But make sure, however you eat all the food groups, you don’t eat too much of one. Keep a balance for what you eat.

    Exercise:
Joining a sport is a good way to do a sport. In middle school we have soccer, volleyball, etc. practice everyday except Friday and Saturday. Usually lasting 2 hours. You need about 1 hour of exercise everyday to be healthy so that’s even better. When the weathers nice go for a jog on the weekend with a friend. Do something fun. You don’t need to go extreme like lifting weights, joining a gym, or anything like that. Joining a sport is fun. Plus, you wont lack on exercising, because you’ll probably get kicked off the team if you don’t warm up in practice. Walk your or a friends dog. Go do something fun that you like, nothing that you don’t like because then it will be a pain to do.

    Hope I helped! ♥Me

Why not just do some walking every day, giving up on all drinks but water
and sticking to vegetables, salad and some fruits?
Also eat raw stuff like celery, cucumbers, carrots etc. it is as simple as this.

Video games helped me lose weight. I can keep my balance on the Gazelle (which some might find difficult to do). As such, I plugged an Xbox 360 into the TV and started to play it while I was working out. Immediately, I found that I was sweating more than I was when I was only watching TV passively! The reason boils down to a single word: adrenalin. Now, the only way I’m able to work up a sweat is when I play a fast-paced game on the game console. Yes, even game genre is important; avoid any diversions that require long pauses between tasks. Racing games (like Burnout) have worked very well for me. The more mindless the game, the better your burn, the faster the exercise session will go.

Don’t always listen to your mate. I’ve already suggested that you tell your family – but sometimes members of your family will try to dissuade you from trying to lose weight. It’s simple: they might not want you to succeed where they may have already failed, whether consciously or inadvertently. Your loss is not always their gain. Watch out for statements like: “You’ve lost enough weight.” or “I like you just the way you are.” Fact of the matter is, if YOU don’t like the way that YOU are – then YOU are going to have to do something about it, no matter what anybody says. They still love you, though (in theory).
