How can i lose weight fast without hurting my self?

I am 11 years old and i way about120 pounds i have tried working out but i lose interest in it HELP ME!!!

    It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast.     Fins an exercise that will motivate you, like a dance dvd? wii sport? trampoline, or just go walking with some good music on.

    Omg! I know you won’t pick this, but I thought it would be easy for you to relate. I always felt the same when i was that way. You’re 11 years old, it’s simple. You just either need to buddy up with somebody else, or pick up a sport. Kids your age can get in shape in a MONTH. You could just actually work out, but you need to eat right. That’s basically the whole foundation to it all. You can’t build a house without a proper foundation, you can’t be in shape without a proper diet. I know you can do it, if you need help, email me.
