Exercise and drink lots of water. Reduce your caloric intake. The only way to keep it off is to make exercise a part of your routine for the rest of your life.

Here are some tips that will help you reach your goal!
    1. stock up on fruits and vegetables– those have very few calories and DO taste good!
    2. Drink water instead of soda or juice.
    3. Try to eat whole wheat and potatoes. Those will keep your hunger at bay and not make you crave foods. Oh! But if you DO find yourself craving foods, have a small portion of it, don’t try to avoid it completely, because the craving will only get stronger.
    4. make sure to pay attention to portion sizes too. it helps if you portion it out into a bowl that way you don’t find your self eating too much at once. or even portion out your snacks a week in advance so you don’t over eat.
    5. you should record what you eat in a journal. calculate the total number of calories you eat per day and determine if there is any junk you can cut out.
    6. to lose weight you might want to eat around 1500-2000 calories per day. DO NOT EAT LESS THAN 1000 CALORIES PER DAY!!!!!! Eating less than 1000 calories can actually cause your body to gain weight.
    7. Eating healthy low calorie meals with LOTS of exercise will help you lose weight! aerobic exercise such as running, swimming, biking, or gymnastics is a great way to loose weight as well!
    8. Get motivated! If ever you find your self not wanting to get up and go exercise, tell your self to get up and do it. Motivate yourself by thinking about how good you will look/feel if you just get up and do it!
    9. another motivational tip, once a week, take a day off and reward your self with something special like your favorite restaurant or something sweet like dessert!
    10. Don’t be afraid to drink tea, unsweetened tea has 0 calories and is full of antioxidants that will actually help you lose weight. There are also sweeteners such as Truvia that contain 0 calories and are good to add to tea if you like it sweet! 😀

REMEMBER: to lose weight you need to have a good diet AND exercise program having only one will not do you as much good as having both! 😀

this is a very easy plan to follow! as long as you stick to it! and don’t give up! 😀

    Good Luck!

Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own – FatBlasters. It’s essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didn’t know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support – they know things that you couldn’t possibly know, and they’ve probably been “in your shoes” at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures – share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

There is such a thing as healthy weight loss and there is also such a thing as unhealthy weight loss. I just do not trust those diet pills, I wanted to lose weight naturally and healthy! Once I started to see the pounds drop and my waist shrink, I knew that it was not going to be difficult.

As soon as I learned this I started eating nothing but white meat chicken! If you are going to eat chicken, then by all means remove the skin! That is where most of the fat is!

Tuna is a great food for so many reasons but did you know that certain tunas are packed full of fat! If you are eating the wrong kind then you could be doing much more harm than good! Fresh tuna steaks are always the best. Grill them or broil them with a squeeze of lemon. If you have to eat tuna in a can, make sure you read the label.

my experience there is no better and faster way to lose weight than to have fun whilst doing it. You have to agree, if you’re doing something you enjoy, you will do it more often and for longer. For example, I hate running, especially if I have any wobbly bits to get rid of. Isn’t it horrible to go jogging and feel everything in your body going up and down as you run?

I got an amazing resource that can help you understand what i am talking about in a lot more precise detail. I leave the link to this resource below if you are interested.

Good luck and i wish you all the best MaryAnn S

Hire a substitute teacher. Don’t reach for the brands you know and love immediately – or without thinking first. Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice.
