How can i lose weight fast? lol?
i want to lose some weight before i go on holidays i have about 5 weeks to do so. I dont have time for exercise and i dont really eat much junk food. anyone have any good diet plans?
and to those who say i can exercise and saying I can’t is just a ‘kop out’
i actually can’t as i have other duties such as eh school until 6 then music lessons each weekday and then work on the weekends. but thanks 4 the help anyways

Realistically you could loose up to a stone if you join Slimming World and follow their guidelines religiously. This is what I did and lost over a stone. Good luck try hard and percervere the results are amazing.

no magic pills.count calories,,,,,,,,,,,no more than 1800 per day..no less than 1400………………….walk more………..get off the train or bus before your stop and walk it…..try for a mile that way…………drink lots of water..no salt

The best way to lose weight is to exercise daily if possible and eat a healthy low cal. diet. Excercise will tone as well. if you can’t exercise then don’t.

You dont want to lose weight to fast as it can cause lose skin and more visable stretch marks.
I lost 6lbs one week. I did this by trying the slim fast regime. I did the shake for breakfast and lunch and had a reasonable dinner. if you feel like snacking, try and munch on one of their bars.
Thankfully slimfast meals do actually taste better than what they used to.

my brother went on the tredmill for 2 hrs each day and he cut down on food and drank slim fast. the slim fast drink tells you to replace one meal with the slim fast drink. Thats all my brother did and he looks great! It didn’t take long either. He also got slimfast bars and other products from slim fast.

Pick a sertan about of calories to eat a day. Plus digestive yogerts help like activa. Just dont starve yourself.

theres this one diet where for 3 days all you eat is baked potoes. you loose up to 5 pounds. give it a try.

6 small meals every 2 hours
water
green tea
veggie’s
fruit
fish
eggs
chicken
turkey
lean beef
Work out 5 days a week
40 minute cardio
20 minute full body work out with light weights, 3 sets 15 reps
10 minute abs
Join a dance class or cardio kick boxing, two nights a week
