just eating healthy and going to gym for an hour a day for 3 days a week. No Junk Food or anything until Prom, unless your at some party.

Easy. Start jogging 3 or 4 times a week, around 1-3 miles every time. Eat healthy, and try 100 calorie packs. If you have a craving then put a piece of gum in ur mouth or have some fruit.

I have always been self conscious about my body and the way I look. I has been a huge struggle for me throughout my entire life. Losing the weight but what’s more important is that you feel confidence within yourself. My confidence grows as I lose weight.

If you have a year, you can easily achieve the dress size you desire as you don’t have to lose weight fast. A healthy target is two pounds a week so you can do the maths. But the only thing you need to get right is your mindset. Practically every overweight person has got this wrong, and are usually living the wrong lifestyle for healthy weight and living.
