Run, run, run, run. Eat a balanced, healthful diet, and get plenty of sleep.

    Cut off a leg.

You have to be on a football team to go to football camp and you’re not.

Eat healthy, work out but minimally and eat smaller but regularish portions.

Whoa, 18lbs in 2 weeks? That’s impossible to lose without risking health problems. Your health is way more important than a sport. If you want to lose SOME weight just jog about 4 or 5 miles a day, but at YOUR own pace and drink lots of water (10 glasses a day or 5 water bottles a day). Workout with weights too and stay off the greasy and sugary foods/drinks! You can also try going vegetarian or vegan to speed up the weight loss. Oh, and don’t forget to take your daily vitamins! Also get a lot of fiber to keep a high metabolism and digestive system!

I dunno why you would want to lose weight for football….generally the more weight the better.

    …what position do you play?

there is no healthy way to lose 18 lbs in two weeks.

1-2 lbs a week is healthy.

Don’t decrease you calorie count…that just makes your body used to using less calories…just change the foods that give you your calories.

Eat lean proteins and plenty of fruit and vegies.

Drink just water and 1 serving of gatorade/powerade for the electrolyetes; use the small bottles…the regular bottles are 2.5 servings and are just gonna slow you down.

Mix up your workouts….doing the same thing over and over again is gonna give you the same results over and over again.

make sure you get enough sleep…8-10 hours…you need more b/c your an athlete.

workout, but don’t overwork yourself or you will actually be worse off.
