How can I lose weight fast for a dance?

I’m going to a dance on Friday and want to lose a bit weight before the dance. Any ideas how I can lose a bit?

    no sugar, no fried foods, which means no soda or candy, water or tea only, 3 small meals and 3 small snacks a day. You’ll feel different by then.

    It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight rapidly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as rapidly. The only diet that clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it was highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I melted away thrity pounds, it clearly does work!

    I suggest doing several hundreds of pushups a day… ab workouts
    go on long walks, hikes, or runs
    …. Swimming is an excellent way to lose weight..
    make sure you challenge yourself…
    Drink lots of protein, eggs, fruits, vegetables….
    if you want to lose weight EXTREMELY FAST..
    try Acai berry with your exercise..
    It worked for me

    yeah listen to what i’m saying & u’ll be fine! drink a glass of milk for breakfast & a slice of grilled fish with lemon as lunch & for dinner go for a single fruit such as orange! do hard dances such as shuffle so you start sweating! you’ll lose much weight till friday i promise & also it’s healthy! i losed 10 pounds in 4 days believe it or not! & it didn’t even come back!
