Alright, Im a man 16, 17 in 3 months, and 5” 5′ 1/2 and weight >165. in which im supposed to weight 135.
How can i lose this excess weight as soon as possible in a healthy manner?..diet…exercise it doesn’t matter??? I want to look good for my senior year!!

eat plenty of veggies and fruit 3-5 a day. no fast food. no soda. occasionally juice but that’s it drink only water. do sports or activities that make you sweat that you like if you don’t like running. exercise 4-5 days a week.

If you’re going to be a senior in high school you shouldn’t be 135 pounds if you’re almost 5 and a half feet tall. But eat less and exercise more. For food, try eating a good cut of meat for dinner, and other than that eat an occasional protein bar and eat canned vegetables. A can of green cut beans has 60 calories and is pretty filling. 3500 calories = one pound of body fat, so if you want to lose 30 pounds get prepared to make a 105,000 calorie deficit in your life. For exercise try biking. You can burn 1200 calories in 2 hours without any struggle. If you’re thirsty drink water. 0 calories!
